OUR STORY
InBarbi was born from a simple, powerful idea: to share the authentic Brazilian churrasco experience with Australia. Our founder, a gaucho chef with deep roots in the churrasqueira culture of Rio Grande do Sul, brought generations of tradition to Sydney. Not just the recipes, but the ritual, the fire, and the warmth of Brazilian hospitality.
What started as small family gatherings and community events quickly grew into one of Sydney’s most sought-after catering experiences. Word spread about the incredible flavours of our picanha, costela, and fraldinha.
Today, InBarbi caters weddings, corporate events and private celebrations across Sydney. But no matter how big the event, we never lose sight of what matters most: authenticity, quality, and the joy of bringing people together around great food.
